Can my business register as an exhibitor?
That's a great question! If your organization is an observatory, science museum, planetarium, astronomy education or environmental non-profit, this event is for you. Exhibitor registration for 2026 is now closed.

What are the dates and times for exhibitors?
Exhibitors will have access to the Green Valley Rec Center West from 1pm-10pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Setup is between 1pm-4pm and teardown occurs from 9pm-10pm. For exhibitors requiring more time, please coordinate with flwo-pubaffairs@cfa.harvard.edu.
Where can I stay during the festival?
There are multiple hotels in Green Valley, but exhibitors have a guaranteed hotel block at the Canoa Ranch Resort. Please reach out to flwo-pubaffairs@cfa.harvard.edu for the block booking code and instructions *AFTER* you register.
