EVENTS EXHIBITORS ARE PARTICIPATING IN
Can my business register as an exhibitor?
That's a great question! If your organization is an observatory, science museum, planetarium, astronomy education or environmental non-profit, this event is for you. Exhibitor registration for 2027 will open in early 2027.
Where can I stay during the festival?
There are multiple hotels in Green Valley, but exhibitors have a guaranteed hotel block at the Canoa Ranch Resort. Please reach out to flwo-pubaffairs@cfa.harvard.edu for the block booking code and instructions *AFTER* you register.
