LIGHT SPEED
COMMUNITY PERFORMANCE & ARTS CENTER
1250 W. CONTINENTAL DR., GREEN VALLEY, AZ 85622
OCTOBER 1, 2026 | 6:00pm-7:00pm, followed by TAAA Star Party
Have you ever sat in a science presentation and wondered, "but what inspired you to do this work?" or "what's actually going on behind the scenes?" or "was there ever a moment you thought this wasn't going to happen?" If so, Light Speed Lectures is for you. Rather than traditional science presentations, our speakers will take you on a 10-12 minute journey through their story and the stories of those they work with closely: how they got to where they are, why they stick with it, and how it's all making a difference in science and the broader world.
